Concrete Cutting in Naples, FL
Precision cuts for new windows, doors, and openings — engineered, executed cleanly, and hauled away, in a region built almost entirely of block and slab.
The Service
Concrete Cutting, done right.
Southwest Florida homes are built of concrete block and slab — which means the moment you want a bigger window, a new door to the lanai, a widened opening between rooms, or new plumbing runs under the floor, you need concrete cutting done right. Our crews make precision cuts with professional wet-cutting equipment: straight lines, correct openings sized to the millimeter for the new window or door, and slab cuts that give plumbers exactly the trench they need and nothing more.
Structural openings are engineered openings. We coordinate tie beam considerations, lintel installation, and inspection requirements so the beautiful new opening is also a correct one. And like every Paradise Projects service, cutting comes with the finish thought through: debris hauled away, edges ready for the trades that follow, and dust controlled throughout.
Why The Paradise Projects
What sets our concrete cutting work apart
Millimeter Openings
Windows and doors need exact rough openings — our cuts are sized to the unit, not to 'close enough.'
Engineering Coordinated
Tie beams, lintels, and load paths handled with engineers and inspectors, not around them.
Wet-Cut Dust Control
Professional wet cutting keeps silica dust down and protects the home around the work.
Cut, Removed & Hauled
The concrete leaves with us — debris removal and disposal are part of every cutting job.
Our Process
How we deliver a flawless result
-
01
Layout & Engineering
Openings are laid out precisely and structural requirements confirmed before any blade spins.
-
02
Protection & Setup
Water management, dust control, and protection for surrounding finishes go in first.
-
03
Precision Cutting
Wet-cut saws make clean, straight, correctly-sized cuts through block, slab, or beam.
-
04
Removal & Prep
Cut sections are removed and hauled; edges and openings are left ready for the next trade.
Good to Know
Concrete Cutting — your questions, answered
Can you cut a new window or door into a concrete block wall?
Yes — it's one of our most common projects, especially for lanai doors and enlarged waterfront windows. We size the opening exactly to the new unit, install proper lintels where required, and coordinate the structural engineering and inspections.
Do you cut slabs for plumbing relocations?
Constantly. Kitchen islands, master bath re-layouts, and outdoor kitchens all require slab trenching. We cut precisely along the plumber's layout, remove the concrete, and the trench is ready for rough-in.
How messy is concrete cutting indoors?
Managed carefully, far less than you'd fear. Wet cutting suppresses dust at the blade, we control and extract the slurry, and containment protects surrounding rooms. It's loud for a day — not dirty for a week.
Is the concrete debris included in the price?
Always. Cut-and-leave-the-pile is not a service we recognize. Every quote includes removal, hauling, and responsible disposal of the cut material.
