Selective Demolition in Naples, FL
Kitchens, bathrooms, walls, and flooring removed with surgical precision — the clean, controlled first step of every great remodel.
The Service
Selective Demolition, done right.
Every transformation starts with removal, and how it starts determines how it goes. Our selective demolition crews take out kitchens, bathrooms, drywall, flooring, and non-structural walls with control: containment barriers and negative air to keep dust out of the rest of the home, protected pathways, careful de-wiring and de-plumbing, and a jobsite left broom-clean at the end of every single day.
We do things differently — including what happens to what we remove. Cabinets, fixtures, appliances, and materials with life left in them are repurposed or donated rather than landfilled whenever possible. It's greener, it's often faster, and it reflects how we think about every phase of a project: nothing careless, nothing wasted.

Good to Know
Selective Demolition — your questions, answered
Can you remove a wall without wrecking the rooms around it?
Yes — that's the entire craft of selective demolition. Containment barriers, floor protection, and careful cutting mean the wall disappears while the rest of the house stays livable. For load-bearing walls, we coordinate engineering and temporary support as part of the scope.
What happens to our old cabinets and fixtures?
If they have useful life, they get one. We donate and repurpose serviceable cabinetry, fixtures, and appliances whenever possible — many clients love that their old kitchen serves another family instead of a landfill.
Is demolition dusty? We live here.
Uncontrolled demolition is. Ours uses plastic containment, negative air machines, and daily cleanup. You'll know work happened; you won't find drywall dust in your closet three rooms away.
Do you handle flooring removal, including tile on slab?
Yes — tile, thin-set grinding, carpet, and wood removal are core services, with dust-controlled equipment and slab prep so the new floor starts from a perfect substrate.
